1. Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders placed through www.kineticperfumes.com.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. Customs & Import Duties
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an Order is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-shipping the parcel.
4. Returns
We hope you will be delighted with every KINETIC fragrance.
You may return eligible Products within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused.
- Unopened and sealed.
- In their original packaging.
- Returned together with all accessories and promotional items.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned after opening:
- Fragrances.
- Discovery Sets.
- Fragrance samples.
- Any sealed cosmetic products opened after delivery.
This does not apply where the Product is defective, damaged upon delivery or otherwise fails to conform to the Sales Contract.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kineticperfumes.com and include:
- Your Order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the Product.
- Photographs of the shipping packaging, where applicable.
If your claim is accepted, we will repair, replace or refund the Product in accordance with applicable law.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after the returned Product has been received and accepted.
Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection law.
